LEONICS Stand Alone Inverter with Charge Controller – DCP Batch 34

DCP package batch 34 is intended for those school who doesn’t have electricity at all. It is using the solar power to run the device like Laptop and tablet PC.

DCP Package is composed of:

  • 3x 120 watts solar panel

the panel is supposed to be producing around 360 watts of power but since the inverter-charge controller is using the PWM system, you will only expect around 220 watts maximum power.

  • Leonics Stand Alone Inverter with charge controller – take note, it is only 300 watts and its a Modified Sine wave Inverter.

This device is intended only for lights loads like the tablet PC and one laptop. Its also a modified sine wave inverter, no motorized appliances allowed since it may destroy the inverter as well as the appliances itself.

One other thing is that its only 300 watts,m don’t be fooled by its size since it can only give around 300 watts maximum,

  • Cables – Battery,Light,Solar Cable

All of the cables are following the standard size, you may be observed that the battery cable is different as compared to solar cable. Every wire size corresponds to the amperage it can sustain.

  • 7 Tablet PC

Table PC is only intended for activity and research if there’s an internet, it is not for gaming or any other purposes.

  • 1 laptop

Basic laptop with 4 gb RAM, it is good for activity as well as school office use. It is also internet for school use only.

  • 2 LED lights
  • 3 Sealed Deep Cycle Battery

3 deep cycle batteries connected in parallel. It can give around 3.6 KWH of power but since it is Sealed Battery, using the standard 50 DOD ( depth of discharge), only 1.8 KWH allowed to be used. It may destroy the battery if the full 3.6 KWH is used.

Make sure that the battery voltage will never reach 11.9 volts.

  • Router

The router is used for all the tablet PC and Laptop to communicate. It is also used to connect to internet.

  • Other accessories like Fuse, screw

    Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no back up. Do you have any solutions to stop hackers?

      Yes,apparently,I was also hacked but my website hosting company fixed it for me.
